"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget.
Good point. Communication was very clear and quick.
Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours.
I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"It’s far from everything they said 10 kilometers from Szekszárd but it’s 35 kilometers away and 25 kilometers a third greater road so it would take about 50 minutes for to get to Szekszárd they’re charging for everything from 15 to 20 euros when I was there i don’t checked in if you from the USA don’t go there Thanks Peter "

"We asked to see the room before check-in. The bedsheets were wrinkled and stained, we had foreign hair on the pillows and on the mattresses were strange black dots. The windows and the covers were fully stained with dead squashed insects, overall cleanliness was below any critic. Does not meet the standards of a hotel, although the price is there. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning.
