"Gorgeous, well-restored old Florida Inn, with exceptional customer service that is so familial and gracious you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. This is a historic building so people with mobility issues should be prepared for the pre-ADA infrastructure. The location is close to wonderful venues and opportunities, and visitor safety was a priority. Mattresses were very firm, and pillows rather stiff. Bathroom products unremarkable. Bring cash to support extending your happy hour. Continental breakfast is sparse but works. While some amenities are basic, the magic of the place, the way guests hang out to chat with strangers in the reception/living room area was so enchanting, the people attracted to an historic inn and the owners make it like nothing else!"

"We stayed at suite # 304. The room was not up to the standard of a suite. There was no work space or table and furniture appeared tired and outdated. The room was clean and well maintained every day. The staff was very helpful and honest. We dropped some cash at the pool. Staff made an effort to locate us and returned the cash. For that they need 5 stars."

"Comfortable and clean room, great ammeneties and views, PERFECT location for the best of Downtown St Pete’s bar scene as literally everything worth visiting is within WALKING DISGANCE! The Vallet and Front Desk staff is amazing and friendly and helpful. Digital check in and hotel-room key (where it’s all on your phone) is mega convenient. The kitchenette is AMAZING, and is fully stocked with utensils if I wanted to be Gordon Ramsey for a day, but very convenient for left overs or making tea and good coffee. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the Yoga, or the Pool, but I definitely will next time I’m in town. Wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended."
