Shower was dirty, under bed hasn’t been cleaned in forever, there was trash under it. Other than that everything else was clean and it was a place to lay our head for the night. Wouldn’t go back.

Perfect enough.

It was perfect for one or 2 nights. Service was and is excellent. The steps/stairs could use a lil cleaning, and the magnetic keys and doors could use a lil update, other than that, my stay was very comfortable.

If you enjoy not having hot water for your shower and transparent, yet impossibly scratchy, toilet paper, then by all means, read my 1 star review as a 5. Please be advised that the office doesn't open til 9am, so you should schedule your check out complaints around that annoyance. The place feels like a cat lovers oasis where the other "residents" stay up all night hoping to entertain the traveling guests with slamming doors and line dancing (perhaps?) On the positive side, if you want good motivation to get back on the road before 4 am, then you have found the perfect location!

Bad hotel experience

Guest was smoking Marijuana and they were talking loud. We did not stay. The room was very bad. There were holes in the chairs and the tv didn't work. It was the worse experience I had ever had.

Close to the shopping mall and the movie theater. The room doesn't fit the price. It's not clean outside the property or in the room. They have people hanging out in tge parking lot and in the stairs. The room That i was in was in had a extremely large hole in the bathroom door, plus the shower curtain was dirty, with burn mark, and the shower head was wrapped in black electrical tape to stop it from leaking water. The microwave was dirty, the leather chair had cuts on it, and the room had a very weird smell to it.

Just an okay place!

I recently stayed at this extended stay, and while the location was ideal—conveniently situated near all the stores—the accommodations left much to be desired. The room was very rundown and in need of major updates. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and several outlets were missing covers, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was particularly disappointing; the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, with visible black scum around the top area if you looked closely. Additionally, there were small gnats coming from the sink, which made the stay even less pleasant. It seems the lower price reflects the lack of upkeep, but I would strongly recommend updating and renovating the property to improve the guest experience.

I'm going to put this on Google as well , just to warn others. My family and I checked in here I'll admit a little last minute due to home renovation issues, if I'd had known how unkept and how much of a scam it was I would of turned around . This is NOT. A hotel , this is low income housing. ROACH infested low income housing, the pest control devices in the room DO work , however the infestation is ever present and you will notice during your stay. They provide you two towels and two wash cloths and tell you , you need to spend 6$ a load to wash them , if you need more they will not provide, if you need a pot and pan they will provide them for the low cost of 40$ , and the last checking you in had no problem going over.these things and warning you about them. She will inform you , that you need to complain. The website says take away breakfast , however that's just vending machines in the laundry room with snacks and drinks all priced at 3.00 . There is no convenience on staying here. It still cost 500 for 4 nights. Please just use the money at an actual hotel. . This place is not worth a dime. You however will get to see , a plethora of unkept wildlife as the tenants have several outdoor cats.
