"I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The hotels lobby alone made this the most beautiful and peaceful hotel I’ve ever experienced. The staff was extremely nice. I would say my room was nowhere near as clean as I would have liked it to be but I don’t want that to overshadow the rest."

"We have always loved the Grand Hyatt for a staycation. The rooms are nice and the views even better. The food was very good, although the service in the lobby bar/restaurant could have been better. We had to find our own napkins and silverware for our first meal, and at other times we had to seek out the server for the check. Service at breakfast in the more formal dining area was exemplary."

"I was suprised to find a full size washer and dryer, along with a full size refridgerator (with water and ice in the door!) and stove. They were able to squeeze more ammenties into a small space than I thought possible."
