When I booked the room, I paid for the top option, thinking that I would get a room with a front view, but it didn't work that way. According to the reservation, breakfast was included; however, when I went down for breakfast, the options were limited. If I wanted eggs or real breakfast food, I was charged each day. Cleanliness in the room was good, the halls and other places were average. The hotel needs some remodeling; the elevators are small. In terms of service, the personnel were good.

Even is a perfect location , th hotel itself is not worth it , the space of the room is extremely small . Staff should warn the guests about this when you book for more than 3 people . We were 5 guests . Impossible to walk around . We were going to a party and make up staff was going to get us ready in the room . I had to book in another hotel because of this . And they refuse to refund at least 2 nights . I will never book here . Staff was nice

The restaurant is terrible, we had to give back the boneles chicjen because they were raw!!! The breakfast is poor… and you have to pay extra for something that is very low quality. THE AC is programmed so you can’t change it!!! We were suffocating!!! I used to go before it was a Marriot and everything was better. Will never go back!

This has been my go-to Hotel when visiting Tampico but this time I had a bad experience. All the staff were courteous but not the most efficient, there was only one receptionist at the check in time and at least 4 people waiting in line. The AC in the room malfunctioned since day 1, couldn't lower the temperature, called the desk and they lowered it from their end, on day 2 the AC wouldn't even turn on, they changed my room TWICE because of that. Parking on these premises can be hard because of the restaurants in there.
