I love the location, the property and the staff were awesome. Good food, room rates are good we can walk everywhere cause everything is near. Parking was okay, cause we have to park across the street from the hotel so it’s kind of risky especially at night, there are risky drivers around the island so you’ll never know.

Every staff of Lotte Hotel Guam was very kind and friendly. Most guests were Korean, but it doesn't matter. Also, it has three swimming pools, including one pool for kids, they were very exciting. Dinner of La Seine was very better than we imagined. It was my reccomendation!! Thank for your kindful service!

It was a good experience, not too bad for an older hotel stay. Kids loved the pool. However the room 812, we stayed in smelled like a sewer. Every time the vent went on, it stunk. Since we only stayed a night, I decided to endure it. We did check out early at 9:30AM because the smell was so bad and unbearable for my family and I.

It's been almost a week after we came back from Guam. And let me tell you, our experience with Lotte hotel was way more than phenomenal!!! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the amazing concierge,David. Ashley and Yebin at the front desk made sure we felt like we were at home. Especially Ashley, she really went above and beyond to make our first ever trip to Guam, FANTASTIC!!! She helped us with our room upgrade since my daughter wanted higher floor, and got us delicious birthday macarons. During our 1week stay, she made sure to check on us everytime we pass by the front desk. My daughter loves her and she still talks about Ashley. Yebin was also so friendly and thoughtful. I also want to give my special thanks to Sophie, Ethan, Jason and Andy at the front desk for taking care of our needs and always being so friendly and professional. As a former hotelier myself, this is the kind of a team that I want to have under my management Every one from front desk, concierge,deli, pool to house keeping was so friendly and helpful. Room was very specious and it had a beautiful ocean front view. We could see the unobstructed view of Tumon Beach. Things I requested when I was making the reservation such as bed guard, dehumidifier were in the room already. And we also asked for step stool, iron & ironing board, as well as drying rack. Never knew hotels carry drying rack but good thing they did since it was so convenient to dry our wet swimsuits and clothing items.

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. First time staying at this hotel. We couldn’t figure out how to use the hot water until the next morning. We had AC troubles with the AC cause the room was hot (21C and tried to lower it). Staff came by to assist but the room was still hot throughout the night and we didn’t bother to call anymore. Apparently, if you increase the number on the thermo stat, the room gets colder. Only found that out the next morning when we checked out.

beach front access! amazing! kids / baby themed rooms! what i didn't like is how access to the pool and beach is so difficult (can't use the entry on our side of the building and it has no instructions). the rooms were out dated and bugs all over the floors, lighting kept on going out showing signs of wear, shower room seemed like an old massage parlor.

Our overall stay was enjoyable as we were there to attend an event. The staff at the event were really good and fast but I think that 2 or 3 more should have been staffed for more ease for the size of the event. The breakfast buffet at La Seine was really good. However, the place was obviously in need of some major renovation in the rooms. I had booked the family suite and some of the wooden furniture did need some replacing but our suite was clean & the beds were comfy. Only one of the AC vent grill seemed to have been missed during cleaning but it wasn't dark & dusty, just obviously looked different from the rest with newly settled dust. There was a slight sewage smell in the walkway to our room but thankfully, was not in our room itself (others in our group were not as lucky & had to change rooms). The pool opens at 9AM & the pool bar opens at 12PM, both should be open earlier as it would help guests make the most of their stay as having to get food/drinks from the Lounge/Deli was not convenient when already at the pool. Also, the manual way of receiving pool towels & wristbands should be updated.. Its not convenient if a guest forgets their card & is in the farther tower and has to go back for it.. Also, it would have been nice if I was given the option to choose between red or white wine for my complimentary bottle for my suite. It was not our first time staying at this hotel & we would still definitely go back again.
