"The central air conditioning performed poorly and failed to keep the room comfortable. ( end up we have to change to another room from east wing to west wing) We were also frustrated by the hotel’s misleading breakfast pricing. Reception promote a tax exclusive price, but this is not clearly highlighted at counter. it is not a lot but I prefer staff to disclosure the full price when I check in. Guests are drawn in by the exclude tax rate, only to discover the tax is added later when signing the bill. Overall, the lack of transparency is disappointing. by the way, watch out some guests do smoke in the hotel either in their room or waiting area by the lift.( I have to report them to hotel service team) at this green smoke free hotel. if you do find it report it. make the hotel smoke free."
