"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. A special mention to Khawda at reception, who made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. She was very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. I’d also like to thank Dunya, the cleaner, who was extremely helpful. Anything we asked for, she was always happy to bring and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and attentiveness really made our stay more comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this property to other travellers."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the facilities that they offered such as the pool. The breakfast was exceptional, and we had a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were very polite; however, we had an issue with the water not passing in the tub and had to raise the issue twice. The water would also suddenly lose pressure and change to either being too hot or cold. This was not resolved despite us raising it 3 times with the reception staff, and this can pose a serious risk of burning."

"Breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. Our only issue was our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The location was great although with suitcases it’s a bit of a trek from where you get dropped off. However, the clerk at the hotel took all our suitcase when we departed to where our taxi picked us up"
