“Il est difficile pour nous d'émettre un avis bien informé, car finalement, nous n'y sommes pas restés. À notre arrivée, il y avait un problème avec notre réservation, pourtant nous avions confirmé la veille. Les gens ont vraiment essayé de trouver une solution convenable pour nous. Toutefois, ils nous offraient une chambre avec des lits jumeaux et nous devions changer de chambre le lendemain. “Dar Sultran was absolutely exceptional and managed by the most amazing and wonderful staff. Said, Nadia, El Abraham, Sanea , Amal each were beyond exceptional they took care of us just as we were family. The care that was shown to us is nothing we have ever experienced. From the moment we entered the raid we were treated as if we were the only visitors and I know for sure they treated all the guest with the same kindness and care. Thank you to this wonderful staff for treating us like royalty....

“The place is close / in the Medina. It’s decent enough. The staff is great.
The showers leak all over the floor, and the drainage pipe smells like sour sewer. You need to keep the bathroom door closed.”
