The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "Everything in the room is great. The only unusual thing of this hotel is it doesn’t have a front desk, there is only a room with an employee in it and communicates through a small window, and he is not always present."
