“방은 330호 였는데 세면대와 욕실 배수구 모두 막혀있어서 물이 빠져 나가는데 너무 오랜 시간이 걸려 불청결하게 느껴졌어요. 늦게 도착해 이미 샤워를 한 후라서 밤에 직원을 따로 불러 번거롭고 싶진 않았지만, 다음날 아침에 욕실을 사용할땐 후회가 될 정도였지요. 체크아웃하면서 직원에게 얘기를 하니 사과보다는 왜 연락을 안했냐는 투로 얘기해 실망했고요. 환불을 해달란 것도 아닌데.. 체크인시 울브린이라는 이름의 덩치큰 직원의 단추 떨어져 안전핀으로 고정한 유니폼, 쩍벌 자세까지 직원 서비스 교육이 좀 필요한듯 해요. 컨셉이 아니라면요. 올드타운 음식은 늘 좋고요. 리셉션에서 조식 쿠폰 발행을 잊어서 식당 직원이 뛰어다니긴 했지만요~”

“This building is an amazingly restored heritage building. My loft was fantastic. If you don't like to be a lively area with traffic noise, or don't like to climb stairs (no lift) this is not your place. I personally had no problem with it, i loved the historic feel of the place. Close to all kinds of cafes, restaurants, kopitiams for food lovers. Little India around the corner, New Town 15 min. walk away for more food and shopping. Location always beats amenities for me and for me this was it....
