Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. "What a beautiful place to stay. The view from outside our room was spectacular. Mt Etna was active and we had the perfect viewing spot. This is a classic old hotel in a gorgeous setting with a warm, friendly, helpful staff. There was a delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace. The location is close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the setting without the crowds. Restaurants were close and so were all the places we wanted to visit. The shuttle to the beach was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again."
