The hotel and staff were very nice. A lot of road construction that made it difficult to get around while we were here. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Love the rustic feel and the history of the hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely nice; that means a lot. The room was fine and the other guests were friendly, a plus. It was centrally situated to everything we wanted to do: visit the Pueblo, see the gorge and, food and shopping.

Had made to order cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, salsa, oj, cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Staff answered questions asked, hotel was clean, refrigerator was clean, water tempture was warm, air conditioner worked well, we did not like that the cost of the room charged was $30 a day higher than what price line had quoted us and was not able to talk to hotel manager to inquire why.
