“Staff was very friendly and helpful”

“Room was clean minus the dust bunnies if you’re a hygiene freak. Bed sheets had some stains that was not pleasing. However the staff was great with our needs and breakfast was something to look forward to. Exterior wise, you have the atmosphere and presence of Andrews in which I say Is very calm and mellow. Overall a good experience. Highly recommend if you’re budgeting your pocket.”

“I stayed in the cottage for 3 nights with a friend of mine. It was a perfect base for us to explore the nearby mountain roads for daily drives, such as the Tail of the Dragon. Bill was super friendly at the front desk and gave us helpful tips such as a hike to a nearby amazing waterfall. The cottage was clean and tidy on the inside, a 70s vibe with wood paneling and furniture and a small kitchen with everything we needed. There was coffee, filters and plenty of towels. “First off the GPS takes you the long way in, when we finally got there the code to open the door did not magically appear so we waited outside for about 30 minutes. The parking was tight on both ends of the small property so we unloaded after finally getting a code via text. Our room was inside the lodge up 2 flights of stairs, my husband has Parkinson’s so this was rough getting our luggage hauled up and then the room door also opens with a code. “Size of Lil House perfect for the two of us. Very clean and inviting. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival, he extended himself if we needed anything while we were there.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend ”

Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.”

“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“We stayed in a Hemlock Bungalow. It was superb. The bungalow was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean, and quiet. The amenities of the NOC were great as well. The staff that we interacted with were professional and extremely helpful. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only negative I have was the shower fan didn't vent well and the shower design gets the bathroom floor very wet. Regardless, I recommend a visit.”
