"This hotel is superb and the staff are great. It is in a super-busy area but it blocks out outside sound well; however, there are many families that come here that like to hang out in the hallways, so if you like quietness, bring earplugs. The staff is very kind and helpful, they let me change rooms and allowed for a late check-out and watched my bags while I was waiiting for my train. Food is top-notch. Might be the best food in Ajmer. I didn't eat there until my last day and I regret it."

"Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. "

Ceci est formellement interdit. Nous avons refusé. Il nous a demandé de partir en refusant d’annuler la réservation. Nous avons donc dû payer un second hôtel sans pouvoir se faire rembourser. No tenían papel higiénico en todo el hotel, y siendo el precio del hotel inflado para turistas, deberían al menos tener algun rollo por si algun turista extranjero lo pide. Las sabanas estaban sucias, y no habia ducha, solo un grifo para los pies y un cazo. El servicio no fue nada bueno en ningún momento. "
