“All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor. “The villa was beautiful! For some reason I thought their would be a bathroom inside— I didn’t know the only bathroom would be outside.. it’s hard to take a dump late at night when you have to watch for mosquitos. Also the front desk is located outside so at night nobody will be out there. I had to keep yelling “hello??” to get somebodies attention because I didn’t download whatsapp yet and had no clue I had to text them when I’m arriving. ”
