Very nice hotel

A cozy hotel next to a large shopping center, Lõunakeskus. The Finnish sauna in the room was surprisingly good. There were plenty of options for breakfast and everything was very tasty.

Hotel as it should be.

Stay in that hotel was expected - nothing really surprised and nothing dissapointed as well. Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was good and delicious.

-free parking -It was possible to get later Check out - if you are interested of shopping location is perfect -clean modern looking rooms -breakfast ok. Not excellent.

Outstanding stay. The staff are wonderful and helpful and the beds were super comfortable. The shower was also very good. The breakfast was beautiful! A wonderful spread of so many choices. Spoilt really. The only downside would be the location. It is way outside of the main town centre but there are plenty of buses that one could catch that drops them off about 10 minutes away walking.

An excellent property, reflecting the most thoughtful contemporary standards. Located adjacent to a shopping mall with countless food and shopping choices. Breakfast was excellent. One tiny complaint: In the bathroom sink, install pop-up stoppers so that the sink can be used. They're simple and low maintenance, and they're becoming common in more properties. All in all, definitely recommend. It will likely be our choice for Tartu hotels.

Very nice the hotel attached to a mall/ shopping center that has a greater food court and restaurants.very convenient. Breakfast is very good. There is a free city buss that takes you to the downtown/ city center. Ps as we are senior and we travel for long stratch of time we always appreciate hotel that provide washing machine it is the trend and we like it. The old laundry service it's no longer practical for most traveler. Thanks for a good stay.

Clean, modern hotel on bypass road around Tartu. Restaurant was excellent. Room was uncomfortably warm at night because of inability leave window open (too many bugs and no screen on window) and A/C would not go below 20 degrees (C). No gym onsite.

Average business hotel.

I have stayed at the hotel several times just because it is a good location with free parking on-site. But, I have never experienced a welcoming atmosphere. It is just an average business hotel.

A very nice place to relax. I Had a Lovely corner spacious room. I did need cleaning the first day, but on the second day, I did leave a sign for cleaning. But coming back, the used coffee cup was still dirty, and no coffee supply was replenished. Towels were changed, but the rest wasn't done. It wasn't a problem, but it did give an unpleasant feeling.
