“Restaurant staff was very helpful, the day of departure however, cleaning personnel came in to the room without knocking while we were still in. When complained to the front desk the gentleman simply said “cleaning staff thought the room was empty” when asked why not knock first he simply said “they were confuse” didn’t apologize or anything.”
