Fantastic hotel
Easily the best hotel we stayed in in Uzbekistan. Fantastic, accommodating service, super central location, and wonderful selection at breakfast. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Tashkent.

It was a beautiful modern hotel. Very clean. The rooms were spacious and well lit, a lovely lobby with lots of seating arrangements for groups or couples, to meet, to visit, to plan. A bar served drinks. An elegant restaurant offered a huge buffet selection for breakfast as well as a full menu of a variety of choices for dinner. The staff was multi-lingual.

As a solo traveller from the uk who has always dreamed of visiting the silk route and the fascinating culture /history of central Asian countries I was both excited and nervous to travel to such a beautiful but seemingly distant region as I had never visited before.The hotel made things so easy great communication very well organised very friendly warm staff.The stay was very comfortable.Tashkent is a very illustrious well maintained organised city and the hotel reflects just that.Would highly recommend

Great value
The Lotte is a premier hotel chain and here in Tashkent it is no more expensive than many of the well known American or European chains. It has great service. The rooms are clean and amenities are plentiful. The food is good. We love spending a hot weekend there to enjoy the pool (no kiddie pools and we like that) and the brunch!

Still a classic
The Lotte is a grand old place. It is still lovely with spacious lobby, dining and rooms. It was super clean and the service was of the highest quality. It has outside seating for breakfast and a cool, clean pool. It is not a kid’s play area really and that was fine for us. Relaxing and convenient to a downtown exploration on foot.

I love staying at the Hotel Lotte. It has a great location with many things within walking distance. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms extremely clean and the breakfast is killer. I highly recommend staying here.
