Difficult to get thru the property if trying to leave before 8am Had to carry all the luggage thru a few sets of stairs Bathroom door didnt really close either

Lakeland Resort Taupo
Staff was excellent, mattress was uncomfortable its pass its expiration. Shower is rusty and lack of pressure. The most important thing a guest needs is sleep/rest that definitely didn't happen during our stay.
