"Overall below average stay. The only reason I wouldn’t go lower is because the bed was comfortable. Large sections of the laminated flooring in the room was coming up. Coffee pot was dirty and only had one caffeinated serving. Shower was COLD! Common areas looked like an amateur did the painting, decorating, etc. Also, my wife and I tried having a few drinks outside overlooking the River - nope, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming. Would not recommend."

"I had a solid stay at Your Stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and the staff was respectful and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient for getting around Chesapeake and nearby areas. For the price, it was a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying again if I’m back in the area."

"Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, but they need to have curtains that can be closed, otherwise you are up with the sun. Building is older and has some maintenance issues. Breakfast was okay with some hot items. Friendly staff, but it took three tries to program the keys. Convenient to the airport and place felt safe enough. Fine for a single night."

"Refund request no access to internet or tv the whole time, no hot water in the first room assigned not a pleasant stay"

"Noisy traffic, people banging on doors after midnight. Toilet needs caulking so to give it a cleaner look. Dark carpet gives it a dirty feel. Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present. The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. No options available so we paid the fee that should be refunded based on none existance. Staff not friendly and gave me the room key and announce room number with other questionable man present. Didn't feel safe."
