“Paid for a suite, got the honeymoon suite. Would have expected a mini fridge and bathrobes, but my problem as I did not check beforehand. situated at the back and side of the hotel, no view, shame as the hotel is in a lovely place. Very warm in the room and windows only slightly open, no fan or air conditioning. Overall a lovely stay though”
“Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend.”

“We ended up in twin room as no doubles left…. Comfortable beds, ground floor was quiet.
Ate dinner in evening in restaurant it was Indian cuisine and was so delicious. Staff lovely very knowledgeable about food and helped with choices. Breakfast was equally tasty, freshly cooked and piping hot.

“The staff were very frienfly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very quiet even though we were a shrtwalk from the main dhopping area. Quality of the food was outstanding as was the service.The hotel has a lovely peaceful outside sitting area with lovely views. I can confidenty say that out of the many hotels we have stayed in this is one of the very best.”
“We didn’t really eat there but they were kind enough to fill our water bottles with ice each morning and night. Internet was fine. Loved having the train station, bus stop and restaurants steps from the front door - perfect location for us. We used the Lounge every night after our walk back from dinner. ”
