Great hotel for families!
Our family had an amazing time staying at the Gladius Inn Hotel! It was so nice to find a hotel that could accommodate a family with 3 kids where no one had to sleep on the floor! Our kids loved that their bed was in the loft portion, and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel manager was very kind and helpful, offering to help us order taxi’s and give advice. The location was also beautiful and very convenient!
We had a great stay and will likely stay here again when we return to Georgia!

Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a couple of minuses. We arrived around 4 pm, but the room was not yet fully ready, they still needed to change the linen. After 5 hours on the road with 3 kids, this was a bit disappointing. The kids loved the room, though, the loft area was great. We had to leave at 7 am the next morning, which was before breakfast time. The receptionist who checked us in said that she would try to have a boxed breakfast for us to take, which we would have greatly appreciated. However, the receptionist in the morning said that he had no idea about this when we checked out in the morning. We were just there for one night and the overall experience was good, but there was clearly a breakdown in communication at some point, without which the experience could have been great.

Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel. Il est situé dans l'une des plus belles rues de Tbilissi. Le personnel, très courtois, se distingue par une volonté manifeste de satisfaire les demandes des clients. J'y retournerais volontiers.
