Overall, I had a great experience with spacious rooms, excellent services, and a friendly staff. However, communication among the staff must be improvement. If you reach an agreement with one employee regarding a specific issue (such as an invoice), you often have to wait until the following day for their return to assist you. Additionally, I was promised documentation via email, but after five days, I still have not received anything. While it's difficult to take a walk near the hotel, taxis are quite affordable.

Our room smelled like sewage. And when we complained they sent the cleaning lady she came and sniffed and said there’s no smell although it was clearly there. This hotel is not worth the money. There are much nicer hotels in the same price range

This is not 5 star hotel The hotels look nothing like the pictures The rooms kinda do, they are nice. They dont have lobby or lounge, Even that it say they do. i couldnt pay for late check out even that there was availability of rooms and its writen that they give this service. Bad smell of cigrates all over The breakfast area is so old. Thire shower towels are super old . If you not coming to the casino its not recommended at all

Das Personal war nett und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an verschiedensten Gerichten. Sauna und Gym sind sehr klein und im Vergleich zu dem sonstigen Versuch, pompös zu wirken, enttäuschend. Der Pool sah gut aus. Insgesamt sind die 5 Sterne aber leider nicht verdient, es wirkt alles eher wie der etwas in die Jahre gekommene und mittlerweile etwas verstaubte Traum eines naiven Teenagers, ein glamouröses Casino-Hotel-Hochhaus mit möglichst wenig Kosten zu bauen. Außerdem ist im Royal TULIP Hotel der Name Programm. Der intensive und leicht chemische Duft nach Tulpen wird dem Besucher durch ubiquitär positionierte Duftspender regelrecht aufgezwungen. Müsst ihr wissen.
