Everything is good, the room, showers, kitchen. The only thing is, they cannot entertain late check-in.

The property is brand new and well maintained, with a little of smell of fresh house. The view is truly impressive— we were even able to see a rainbow from the window, which was a lovely surprise. I love Te Anau Downs very convenient and beautiful. The location is excellent. It is closer to Milford Sound and you can drive to Fjordland National Park and just hang out enjoy the beauty of the nature, so beautiful!
