"Perfect stay, great location"

"We needed a hotel for an overnight stay. For the price that we paid we were not impressed. Hotel not as luxurious as we had expected and required updating. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming. "

"All very nice. No restaurant open and the lifts were very difficult to work. Some natural light would have been nice but everything else was spot on. It was very quiet despite it been in a central spot. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Wonderful location for exploring the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, however it is definitely in need of updating. Carpet was stained, marks on walls and was quite outdated. "

"Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. "
