The room had almonds on the floor left from the people before, the TV was not working the HDMI cable was on 3 HDMI had to change it my self two 1 HDMI then the remote battery were low so I had to go to the front desk and get so more battery Paying 140 for the night not worth it.

Room wasn’t cleaned first am. Requested cleaning each day. Second am did clean when staff told. Bathroom door not hung correctly hard to open wide without scraping bottom of door. Lamp on bedroom table didn’t work - bulb not attractive. No separate magnified mirror for putting on make up. No lotions. Table drawer between beds hard to open. Shower didn’t drain well - no slant. Would have preferred vanity and bathroom were combined like other BW facilities visited. Bed and covers nice though. Quiet room and good temperature settings.

The room it self n the area where clean n safe, but when we came in to see if it was possible to check in before checking time, Yolanda was quick to tell us that there was no way to check inn a second before 1500 n that we could not stay at the waiting area until 1500 n that we need it to go also we had a hard time getting our veterans discount bc she said that it was already at a lower price than it usually is n that was that. I was a bit upset that she brushed us off that quick n we were also judge by her tone of voice. The other young lady who check us in was more pleasant n easy to communicate with n she understood our Ned’s right away. With all that happening we will still reserve with them again.

We were checked into and given keys to a room already occupied . Fridge did not work. Pool is tiny. About 20ft long and right by the road .

Stayed with my dog, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was decent. The only questionable experience (and not the hotel's fault) was a homeless man attacking the vending machine outside my room at 2am. Otherwise, I felt safe the whole time.

Nice and clean. Updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Only bad thing was the remote didn’t work for the DIRECTV and no available staff to assist. I would definitely stay again.
