Frühstück super, aber zb Nüsse fehlen;) Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein;) sonst schön groß, wenn nix los ist. Zimmer TOP… ein Minus Punkt, was ich aber immer wieder in vielen Hotels leider feststellen muss. Wenn man alleine reist und man hat ein großes Bett, ist es ein sehr komisches Gefühl, wenn nur die eine Bettseite bestückt wird.

Leider sehr hellhörig, ich habe noch nie so viel aus den Nachbarzimmern mitbekommen, wie hier. Lag sicherlich auch einfach an den Nachbarn und deren Benehmen und daran, dass es sehr voll war. Das Bad und das Wassers war leider sehen kalt für mein Empfinden und wirkte auch etwas vernachlässigt.

Sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Superior Zimmer gebucht. Leider kein Kühlschrank ,keine Klimaanlage, Flecken an Wand und Spiegel Frühstück, lauwarmes ungewürztes Rührei, kalte Spiegeleier ,pappzige Brötchen, schlechte Auswahl .Die Sauna 80 Grad funktionierte oft nicht.Sauna und Schwimmbad in die Jahre gekommen. Oft im Schwimmbad und in der Sauna keine Aufsicht.

Kuñdenunfreundluchkeit ist ausbaufähig

Am Anreisetag hatte ich und meine Begleitung vor uns in die Sonne auf der Terrasse am Restaurant zu setzen. Hier saßen auch schon andere Gäste. Auf die Frage hin, ob wir uns setzen und etwas bestellen können wurden wir von einer Angestellten unerwartet unfreundlich behandelt. Uns wurde auf sehr unfreundliche Art erklärt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen sei obwohl noch andere Gäste dort saßen. Eine weitere Angestellte empfahl uns dann in die Bar auf der Rückseite zu gehen, da es hier auch eine Terrasse gubt. Diese lag aber im Schatten. So unfreundlich wurde ich noch nie in einem Hotel behandelt. Weiterhin wurden beim check-in einigen Gästen ein Begrüßungsgetränk angeboten, mir nicht.

Auffällig war : Bei Online Vertragsabschluss stand Bezahlung Vorort mit Visa Card als Sicherheit. Tatsächlich wurde aber einige Tage im Vorfeld abgebucht. Wozu schließe ich einen Vertrag wenn die Gegenseite sich nicht daran hält ?

Hotel und vor allem der Wellnessbereich leiden schon seit einiger Zeit unter einem deutlichen Instandhaltungsstau. Der Service wurde im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr unter dem Mäntelchen des Umweltschutzes spürbar eingeschränkt.

Vier Sterne müssen verdient werden !!!

Die Minibar im Zimmer sollte heute Standard sein für ein vier Sterne Hotel. Auch würde leider das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht sauber gemacht und aufgeräumt, für einen Zimmerpreis von ca.170,00€ ,ist das keine Werbung. Ich komme im März nochmals,ich gespannt,ob man etwas ändert.
