imperial not so imperial
It was bad there was a leak in bathroom the tub from upstairs leaked everynight the window was broken, the room was pretty old and falling apart. The staff some ok the 5am guy a rude piece of trash. Then there are the surprise costs and yes they do throw in extra charges and dont honor the hotels.com price that is why i would suggest to go elsewhere because i read it here and it happened to me too, then they state they will help you get a taxi but the guy in the front did not help us and they violently asked me to pay an extra charge but it was not on the first day i checked in.
