It was a very good experience - a pleasant and helpful staff and clean and modern - small hotel with wonderful surrounding restaurant and shopping facilities.. right near the beach. All you need for a good vacation stay.
This is a wonderful boutique hotel located in a perfect location for tourists. The beach is less than 200 meters from the front door. The rooftop/deck has beautiful views of the city, and the sunset is lovely to watch over the Mediterranean. The hotel’s staff is amazing, all of them. I strongly recommend this hotel!
Staff is friendly and the location is perfect right across the plaza from Jerusalem beach.
But my room was very shabby and beat up. Maybe other rooms in the hotel are better but mine was more like a service room with beat up basic furniture. I’m need of major renovation.
I was delayed getting here from the Airport and they had already contacted me to give me the code to get into the door, so even if they were already gone for the evening, I was able to get in. The breakfast option is absolutely worth it as well. The staff has been wonderful, always willing to help, never annoyed bc I do not speak Hebrew. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It is a nice place by the beach, with many tourist sites close by (20-30 minutes walking distance). It's in the vicinity of many bars and restaurants, although not all of them are very affordable. Price for the room is alright considering the Tel Aviv prices, however still fairly high for a small room. Breakfast is organised with a voucher for a café - you probably save money if you just get some morning coffee and breakfast on your own. So, I had a pleasant stay and can recommend the hotel, with some caveats. As of August 2023, there is a large construction site in front of the hotel, which can be noisy in the morning.
Property comfortable and close to the beach. Staff very obliging and helpful, good breakfast and complimentary vouchers for nearby restaurants. Shower/toilet room very small, quite a lot of noise outside during the night.
Great location, one block from the beach. Loved the room, modern with the jacuzzi tub. Only drawback was no elevator for a second floor room, with steep stairs
I have been coming to this hotel for 10 years that should say it all right there. As always, the staff is incredible. The location is perfect right on the water plenty of restaurants and options for food like supermarkets within walking distance, a full service drug store within walking distance. When you stay here you’re treated like family.

Liked: Cleanliness
Young guests making a racket loud at night and in the am
I stayed 4 nights and it could have been better. They never cleaned the room, they just made the bed and nothing else. The room looked very dirty. The guy at the reception was very friendly.
Absolutely the cutest little hotel a block off of boardwalk. We had the room on 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the sea. Gorgeous view of both the sea and the bustle and hustle of Tel Aviv down below on the street.
Everything was very close by especially when renting the electric scooter.
The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable too.
The parking is offsite so it would have been nice if this info was provided on the Hotels site’s page as there is no where to idle when checking in (lots of construction all around)
We spent very little time in the room. Basically just to sleep. Didn’t care for the shower set up it got the whole bathroom wet. Ended up showering at the Gordon pool.
They didn’t mention anything during reservations, The whole street was under construction very loud noises, bad traffic around, no customer service and not friendly staff, the rooms are very small specially the single room it’s smaller than solitary jail size, I don’t know why Expedia advertise this place, This place is not worth even $10 dollar a day, stay away from this place
The photo something and the reall something else, location in the old city
Be ready at for the check out at 11 clock
No water complementary, all night was constriction in thd street , so noyes area,
its not same photo at all.
Only good for its location. Rooms are in decent condition but are absolutely tiny. no lift or staff to help carry your suitcases up 3/4 flights of stairs. Ordered 3 singles and instead got 1 single and 1 double. tiny bathroom. Understandably left the same day but after a lot of arguing to get money back was for some reason charged 3 nights worth.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke even tho it was designated ‘no smoking’.There was no hot water in the morning and the shower then stopped, with no water at all. Disappointing given the great location.
The property was not as pictured. We did not stay. No elevator or staff to carry luggage up stairs, room was teeny and “balcony” was so small and over looked construction garbage area. Bathroom was so small, no tub and did not resemble the pictures not to mention would have been quite difficult for 2 in this room
Room wasn't ready until 4:30 on day of arrival. No elevators and no one to help with luggage. We are seniors and had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms look nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. No where to sit in the small room( no chairs) and one old chair on the balcony. The room was reasonably clean. Terrible bedding. The roof terrace looks nothing like the pictures. Just a mixed collection of tired old patio furniture that looked too dirty to sit on and a broken umbrella. The whole place is pretty tired but the location is good. Close to the beach and several restaurants. At the time we were there there is a big street construction project going on and we listened to back up beepers all night. No breakfast available. The girl at the front desk was very sweet . When we asked for a couple of chairs
the crabby old manager barked something in Hebrew that sounded like "tell them to go #%*^ themselves" but she told me to take a couple from the cafe area. To finish they forgot about our wakeup call the morning we left.
