I really wanted to like this place but the place is falling apart. Food was terrible, bedsheets had stains, and the towels should be replaced long time ago. Staff was nice and attentive but everything else falls short of a roach motel.

The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator.
