"My friend and I were ready to be disappointed because we looked up pictures on the way there, but it was nice and pretty in person. In fact, the stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The WiFi worked very well for my Zoom interview. The shower was amazing. It was honestly all so great. The neighborhood is close to ASU and all the nice restaurants and bars ($6 Lyft to Mill Ave). "

"Rom and decor are so cute. Restaurant and pool are nice. Rooftop bar is not open, but is still a nice place to visit on your own. great place to watch the sunset."

"The high rating this property has is deceiving. The pictures online were of a unit that must have been newly remodeled and used for the pictures. The unit we were in was not anywhere near the quality that was depicted in the photos. The bathroom had paint peeling off the trim in chunks onto the floor. There was visible water damage on the walls around and under the tub. The tub surround was new so it appears to be hiding the rest of the water damage underneath. The walls and ceiling in the unit were water damaged in places and patched over but highly noticeable because it looked like no attempt was made to blend it into the existing texture. The bedroom nightstand, dresser and lamp were so outdated and in such bad condition it looked like it was furniture that was picked up off the curb on garbage day. The floors in the unit were uneven and our feet and white socks were black after walking around. We didn’t realize it was the units floor until after showering and walking around barefoot our feet were noticeably dirty on the bottom right away. The in unit washer and dryer was one of the reasons we chose this property over others. The rec room area and pool were as depicted. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I would never stay here again due to the poor quality of the unit. "

"Underwhelming breakfast. 2 star inn type of breakfast. Posters mentioned custom omlettes but that was not available. Pancakes were burnt and hard to chew. Pool was tiny, merqy water with lots of hair. Front desk gave me a room right on the street and poor soundproofing. Car enthusiasts back firing their engines at 2am = no sleep. Worst matteess ever. Got back pain and carpal tunnel on my hands. Definitely not worth the price. "

"Breakfast was great along with the staff! Had some issues with getting housekeeping to service our room. Carpets in rooms should be shampooed. "

"There were roaches and toilet was leaking not enough towels or washcloths for my family ask for more towels but only 2 set of towels were given still wasn’t enough for my family so i bought roach spray so we wouldn’t take travelers back home with us and towels n washcloth room was too small not what it looked like in the pictures.."
