"Rented a suite Red stains on the carpet. I know they don’t steam the carpet after every visit but this carpet had 3 large stains that should have been cleaned. I was offered to check back to see if a room will be available but it was too Much moving my family and baby over to a whole other room. Pool area was beautiful and so was the grounds. Our room view over looked the Tampa bay . Would I rent a room there again? I wouldn’t rush but I would recommend the hotel for affordable and space. "

"The property is being renovated so there are very limited amenities. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in a building adjacent to the building where the reception is. The building was old and obviously in need of an upgrade but room and bathroom were clean. Location on the River Walk is super."

"Room was ok when it comes to the cleaniness but the staff, especially the office staff, were rude and talked to me like I was a stray dog and the cleaning lady kept opening my room door without permission and doesn't even speak English so I was unable to communicate with her. I asked her repeatedly to not open my door without permission but since she couldn't understand English she kept doing it. 1 of the ladies that works the front desk came banging on my door about the room payment, which I had already paid for the previous night online via Expedia in which she repeatedly called me a liar and her attitude towards me and my best friend, who is handicapped. We had cockroaches gallore in our room as well and had to throw out half of the food we had just bought the previous day due to the bugs. Our refrigerator didn't even shut and was not cold whatsoever so the milk soured after only being in there not ever 24 hours. And it was dirty and had bugs in it as well and also the microwave. The morning of check out they came banging on the door yet once again demanding that we have less than 5 mins to checkout and again my best friend is handicapped and is unable to move around like that. There were stains on our bed sheets and the toilet and shower were dirty and hair in the drain of the shower. "

"The staff is very nice- but the building is old and in need of upgrades. Breakfast area entirely too tight as a set up. However food was ok and coffee policy excellent. No sitting area ."
