Staff were very helpful and responsive. It did smell a little humid, but overall clean. Wish it had more clothing storage but not a big issue for a couple of vacation days. Place matches online pictures.

The hotel is on a street in which a market is open on Thursdays and Sundays and is impossible to access by car, the street is dirty and crowded. The hotel is quite new, however the hot water was not running in both of our rooms and the towels and bed linens were not too clean. The toilet in one room clogged and the room smelled musky. Would not be going back

No hay internet, parece que es un problema de toda la ciudad, no pudimos ver televisión, tampoco teníamos wifi en ningún momento del día. Sólo dejaron un papel higiénico para los dos días y éramos dos personas, tampoco había servilletas o pañuelos desechables. A la hora de bañarme el día de hoy no había agua caliente, sólo muy tibia. No pudimos sacar el auto del estacionamiento un día porque la puerta no es funcional y no abre totalmente. Puntos a favor: las camas son muy cómodas, todo estaba limpio, la alberca tenía agua tibia. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y serviciales

Llegando en la noche nos entregaron las toallas y 3-4 por habitación. Al día siguiente resultó que las teníamos que regresar y una que no usamos estaba rota y en la de mi cuñada una quemada y casualmente a los dos nos querían cobrar las reposiciones. Creo que se deberían asegurar que cuando las entreguen ambas partes las revisen para evitar este tipo de incomodidades. Por otro lado la noche de sábado a domingo se escucha demasiado ruido por la noche por los puestos del tianguis del domingo.

Debería contar con un estacionamiento techado y amplio. Aire acondicionado. En el baño debería haber una toalla de piso para secarse los pies. Y al menos agua de cortesía en la habitación. Cortinas en la sala. No puedes estar con poca ropa en la sala porque no hay cortinas.

Bonitas instalaciones. No lo esperas al llegar y te sorprendes al entrar, está bonito el lugar. Excelente atención del chico que te recibe, se llama José, súper servicial, atento, y con mucha actitud y disposición de ayudarte en lo que requieres. Lo malo... En 2 días no tuvimos agua caliente para la regadera, hasta el 3er día y gracias a José que hizo todo para solucionarlo. La alberca y el jacuzzi, falta muuuuucha limpieza, al segundo día mi hija y varios niños que estaban ahí desde el día anterior, se llenaron de granitos y piel ardiente roja, al comentarlo supimos que NO se habían "limpiado" por falta de "tiempo". Sería importante poner atención en eso. Es un hotel FAMILIAR y ambas noches nos tocó exceso de ruido (música, palabrotas, etc) de chic@s que iban en plan fiesta. El lugar no tiene reglas y horarios para esto, fue difícil descansar las noches. Ojalá estos comentarios ayuden para mejorar, es chiquito pero bonito y agradable el lugar, sólo fueron esos detalles. Los bungalows geniales, tienes todo para facilitar tu estadía y pasarla bien.
