Easy, fast check-in. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Within a short walking distance to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Our flight was delayed for five hours and we arrived very late, after midnight. We found that we had to self check-in which proved difficult as it didn’t have English language. We managed to resolve the problem by contacting a telephone number and then could get into our room. We found the shower gel dispenser empty, cups dirty, no sugar or milk and no teaspoons. Later in our stay the hand soap ran out. There were some cobwebs and a small area of wall plaster broken near the bed. The cleaner did not do her job properly: our room did not appear to be cleaned, serviced or waste removed regularly during our two week stay. Tea and coffee were not topped up daily when used. Cups not washed. When we particularly asked for room to be cleaned and tea/coffee supplied this was not done but a filthy cloth left on the table by our cups instead! Our view from the window was disappointing too. There was an overgrown jungle immediately outside our ground floor room 2. For seventy year old visitors without a car and intending to visit the thermal spas, like us, this hotel is quite a distance away and almost half an hour walk over hilly ground. Temperatures were 28/33 degrees when we stayed, also making it very tiring. It would probably be better to get a hotel closer or at a spa. The restaurant staff were efficient and helpful. Although the breakfast selection is good it remained the same during our two week stay. We were disappointed to stay in this four star hotel. Sorry.

The hotel was functional, an automatic check in on a machine and never really saw any staff, envelope waiting with instructions, prior email to gate combination etc. staff were helpful when needed, room was fairly small and tight with bags etc. pleasant enough and would use again.

Arrived around noon and was told room would be available in one hour. Returned at 1:30 and was given a room with no shower. Asked for room with shower and was given a different room which was also bigger and had a shower. Hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a good place to eat lunch or dinner across the street. Hotel has limited parking which must be reserved. Hotels.com does not specify limited parking or that it must be reserved. Could not reserve parking spot as they were not available. Free parking is located a block away but was also not available. Had to park in pay area first night. Luckily hotel parking was available for next two nights of our stay. Hotel was listed in GPS under Giovanni Giacomo.

Die Unterkunft atmet den Charme einer vergangenen Zeit,ohne altmodisch,verkrustet oder sonstig dergleichen zu wirken.Vielmehr ist das Haus mit neuester Technik ausgestattet,wobei fachkundiges und liebenswürdiges Personal einem wohlwollend zur Seite steht,-daneben ist die Sauberkeit mustergültig. Das Hotel verfügt zwar über kein eigenes Restaurant,bietet jedoch ein sehr gutes Frühstück und ein kleiner Brauereigasthof fußläufig 200 Meter über die Straße,tut sein Übriges.

Wir hatten die junior Sweet gebucht, aber nach diversen Diskussionen nur das normale Doppelzimmer bekommen.. Frühstück wurde nicht wirklich nachgefüllt,Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, Fliesen im Bad gesprungen…Wir hatten nur eine Dusche statt der Badewanne in der Buchung…mit dieser Masche kann man Gäste bekommen, aber nur einmal!!!

Good afternoon.We have carefully studied the situation.First of all, you booked the Junior Suite.And they demanded and showed photographs of the “Apartma” room, which costs 2 times more than the room you booked.Moreover, you refused to show the receptionist confirmation of your reservation from your personal account in the mobile application or from mail.At the same time, you spoke rather impolitely and showed screenshots of photographs of a completely different room (Apartma), which were taken from the general description of the hotel.Secondly:We have been in the hotel service market for more than 12 years and have a huge number of guests and partners who come to us constantly and we really appreciate and are proud of this. Our hotel has status and a good name, and we simply have no business participating in the “scheme” that you described. All the best to you in your future.

Super Entscheidung. Trotz Verspätung war der Check In über einen Automaten durchzuführen. Mit deutscher Anleitung!!! Sehr gut. Zimmer ein Traum. Betten super bequem und in der Umgebung diverse Restaurants die sehr leckeres Essen anbieten. Nicht nur für einen Zwischenstopp zu empfehlen.

De taler hverken tysk eller engelsk i receptionen, meget mørkt hotel, de serverer et meget dårligt morgenmåltid og senge er elendige. Det er absolut ikke pengene værd. De reklamerer med at det er et 4 stjernet hotel, men jeg vil mene det 1 eller 2 stjernet.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind gut. An der Rezeption sprechen sie kein Deutsch und Englisch zum Teil auch nur schlecht. Es hat aber alles geklappt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Giovanni Giacomo
Das Giovanni Giacomo Hotel gehört zu den besseren Hotels in Teplice, auch wenn es nicht dem hiesigen 4-Sterne Standard entspricht. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist typisch für die Region. TV ohne deutsche Programme. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach; aber ausreichend wenn man keine hohe Ansprüche an ein Frühstück stellt. Einige Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Eine Parkplatzreservierung ist möglich. Ansonsten findet man in der unmittelbaren Nähe noch weitere Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Strasse.

sehr schönes Hotel in Zentrumnähe
Aufenthalt vom 30.12.2014 - 03.01.2015. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei der Suche nach einer Sylvesterveranstaltung, nach Restaurants und Saunasuche. Das Personal während des Frühstücks war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Hotel absolut weiter.

Huone oli mukava, siisti ja hyvä tv kanava tarjonta. Hotellin tiloissa mielen kiintoisia yksityiskohtia. Aamiaishuoneen tunnelma ja miljöö oli miellyttävä. Ympäristössä on kunnosttuna aivan upeita taloja, toki vielä moni talo odottaakunnostus vuoroaa , tämä ei haitaa vaan luo mukavaa kontrastia.

落ち着いた、こじんまりした宿。
こじんまりとしたプチホテルです。テプリッツ駅から真直ぐの道に面しているが、住宅地の中にある。夏の夜で外部で夕食を済ませてきたので良かったが、レストランは朝のみ営業で、夜は向かいの庭園レストランを使ってくれと言われた。
