The entire property and hotel room is beautiful. Everything is walking distance to town from the hotel. The property manager, Yessica is pleasant, super helpful and just the sweetest. Highly recommend Colibri hotel.

Extremely friendly staff were kind and attentive and gave good advice, were patient with our bad Spanish. Beautiful town, good location, comfortable beds and large room with good television amenities and A/C for hot Canadian people.

I had a great stay at the Colibri Hotel. The location is ideal—it is right at the entrance of Tepoztlán, which makes getting in and out by car super easy without getting stuck in the heavy town traffic. It is still close enough to easily walk into town to explore. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and has a very inviting atmosphere. While the decor is a little outdated, the overall experience was excellent. The best part was the extraordinary staff; they were always attentive and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent service, great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. We went to a wedding close, so it was ideal. They were very kind and ready to help us.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The owners, Yesica and Jorge were fantastic anfitriones. If you going to Tepoztlan, this hotel boutique is the best option. We will come back.
