The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available.

This hotel is absolutely perfect!!! It literally has everything you need!!!! 20 out of 10!!!!! It has a whole kitchen so I cooked wagyu beef every single day!!!! Just book it!!!!!

As we had larger vehicles we felt it safer to park in the paid parking lot rather than on the spots directly off the street which we may have stuck out of a little ($5 a night). The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives ...
