โNice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way.
Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system.
In summer it gets pretty โhotโ in the rooms.
Also I canโt remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues.โ
โLovely little hotel in a lovely part of town surrounded by gardens and a lake, all floodlit at night. Large comfortable room. Good meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here โ
โIt was a very short visit, for work reasons. After an unexpected cancellation of a hotel reservation in Martin, I chose Pension Rosnicka instead. I don't regret it at all. Pension Rosnicka gives you the feeling of being in Switzerland, surrounded by mountains, with a sufficiently large pool cleaned with organic algae which really fulfills its function perfectly. I work in film production, so I visit dozens of hotels every year, but this pension has a family atmosphere. We felt really good there.โ
โService from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anythingโ
