"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."

"The room was pretty decent, showers and almost no pressure tho so hard to take a shower but other than that ok. Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice.
