The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out...."

"General cleanliness of the property was very poor. The common areas, such as lobby, hallways, gym bathrooms, never seemed to be tended in the 5 days we were at the property. The same pieces of popcorn, fabric strings, paper, and other debris remained on the carpets. Urine stain in the men’s gym bathroom remained for multiple days. The guest room we had seemed tended, but we had to ask for towels and amenities were not refilled after the room was made up after we requested service. I don’t know if they’re short of help or what, but it was very disappointing. "
