"Nice rooms, but the hotel feels disjointed. Lobby on level 2, valet down at street level, need to change elevators for self drive parking, didn’t give you the vibe you’re in a hotel at times. Other then that convenient for Dealey plaza and sixth floor museum, with shopping amenities near by."

"Let me start this review by highlighting the one negative aspect of this property, there's no dedicated parking for this property. However, on the night of my stay (June 19, a Friday night), Abdul (if I have the right name and spelling) was kind enough to help me out. Not only did he try to suggest alternative parking spots, but went above and beyond by coming out to help me park. Which (considering how he was an assistant manager, if I recall correctly) he ultimately did by allowing me to park in the employee section to help in my time of need. Before going any further, this in my honest opinion, is an exemplary demonstration of superb customer service. He then proceeded to help me check in and get settled in the room. The room itself can be tight with spacing and whatnot, but it is functional if you can look past that. I did manage to check out the bar, which Abdul was pulling double duty as bartender as well. Very knowledgeable/friendly bartender (despite the late hour), who helped to give advice among topics such as things to see and do in the city. Not to mention, the lobby and it's decorations (especially for the World Cup happening in the city) were uniquely spectacular. Didn't get much of a chance to enjoy anything else, but for the customer service alone I'd return if I could."

"I stayed in Dallas for one night and wish it was longer. The property was incredible with views of the city you’d pay to visit. Rooms are massive and it had everything I could possibly need for a whole weeks stay. Met one staff member who was friendly and helped me. Once you understand the entry system and codes, it is very convenient. Great location for downtown. Standard of room very high too. I would certainly stay there again if back in Dallas."

"We arrived around 7:45pm. We had to stop in traffic to unload. I was in a pretty large truck, so not really ideal. There was a valet booth, but nobody was present. I went inside, and asked where the valet was. They said there should be one there. I went out, and looked around, and just down the sidewalk was the valet...talking to two provocatively dressed women...while he watched the fifa soccer games on the GIANT screen across the street. He saw me, and started to come to the valet booth. Then he heard the soccer crowd go crazy and turned to go back to see what happened in the soccer game. I told him he needed to be paying attention to his job, and he came back again. He put a smile on and took my keys and did his job from that point forward. Literally everything else about this hotel was great. Its an older hotel, so somethings get overlooked, but by and large, it was a decent stay. Pretty quiet in the room. We were on the 26th floor, and the view was spectacular. 4 out of 5 stars just because the valet couldnt break away from the game."
