"Make sure you get the instructions on how to check in and get your key as everything is automated. The whole process is great, very well set up. The room was great and what a view! Lastly the area is awesome, with lots of restaurants to choose from. "

"The staff member that checked us in was extremely rude. She was messing up something on their end that wasn’t allowing my boyfriend’s card to go through. She treated him like he didn’t have money to pay even though we showed the account had more than sufficient to cover it. Only one elevator was working on one of the side sides of the hotel which was very inconvenient considering they had debutant ball event there that weekend and weddings. The room was dirty and smelled weird as well. We had stayed there several times before but we will not return! "

"Had a great short (1 night) stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was fresh and had a great variety of menu items. Location is excellent. Close to everything. A short walk to the Kennedy Memorial and Sixth Floor Museum. Thoroughly recommend this property if you're travelling to Dallas. "

"Amazing. Used all amenities from breakfast yo pool area to rooftop evening chat to gym before checking out. Absolutely would recommend. There's even a Starbucks within walking distance!"

"This hotel has seen its better days. It’s a shame because it’s a great building located in a very nice part of town. The rooms are old, dirty, and in much need of updated furniture. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily. They are only cleaned when you request it."

"Breakfast was great, walking distance from BSW where my wife was having surgery. My only complaint is the parking garage is inconvenient to the hotel."

"OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED A CERTAIN ROOM FOR ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND. WALKED IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS THE SIZE OF A JAIL CELL WITH NO WINDOWS. I HAVE NOT BEEN ACCOMADATED NOR REFUNDED. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD. WOULD NEVER RETURN NOR SUGGEST"
