"The bathroom needed some TLC to the paint job. It was peeling and didn't look as good as the rest of the bathroom."

"The biggest downside was the kitchen staff. Yes, there was a tour which made it hard to keep up with, but there were 2 gals and the trash was overflowing. People had to lay there trash wherever they could find room. The tables were not wiped, a non working waffle iron and the 2 gals were in the back on their phones. An hour after the tour left, it was still a disaster. We were there for 3 days and it was the same every day. The room was clean, but no microwave. Very much enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Loved our little patio outside our door."

"We had a great time. The bedding was nice. Landscaping is beautiful. Room was clean. We decided to pay more and got ocean view. The seats on balcony are low so you just see the railing. It’s too bad they don’t have taller chairs. The bathtub was actually painted instead of replacing and it was all peeling. Disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working."

"I had a wonderful time staying at this little hotel. The beach is just down the road so I parked my car for 2 days and just walked. I loved how clean and tasteful the hotel was. The continental breakfast was also good."

"Cute boutique roadside motel from the bygone era. Greg has upgraded and maintained the motel so nicely. Extra touches in the room like a personalized welcome note and a chocolate treat are an extra touch that make you feel like your business is appreciated. Greg personally walks you to your room to make sure you are happy with your selection. The room is quite large and for the hotel being near the road, it was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were crisp and fresh. The grounds were beautiful with all of the nicely maintained flowers. The coffee and breakfast muffins and coffee cake in the morning are enough to get you started. There are afternoon cookies and lemonade while you lounge by the pool. You can tell Greg has put a lot of care and attention into his motel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again during my next visit to the Cape."

"We were given a map to help find our room and it was beyond confusing. Room numbers were used time over time and from the road it was impossible to figure out where we were on their map. Also our room key didn't work off the bat which made us worry we we trying to get into someone else's room. We finally figured it out. The room was great. Loved our room. Bed was comfortable. But still unhappy/concerned it took us over 30mins to actually find our room."
