"We came here on a family trip and absolutely loved Hoi An—and La Siesta made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out is how calm and peaceful it feels. After walking around Hoi An, it’s the perfect place to come back to and just switch off. It’s quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable. The staff are honestly amazing. Everyone is super attentive and genuinely kind, and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The best example: I left my AirPods case in the hotel car, and they actually arranged to bring it all the way to my next hotel in Da Nang. That kind of service is rare and says everything. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Not a big deal, but you’ll need a short ride to get in and out."

The location is excellent—very central and convenient, especially being close to the beach and key attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and always ready to help, which truly made our stay special. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. One of the highlights for us was the spa—it was absolutely excellent and a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the punctuality and efficiency in all their services, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again!"

"I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "
