Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. Busy body in keeper that dug through our trash bag. "

Water is good pressure and heater option, bed is very firm and slept well.. has TV but we did not use, has wifi but did not use.
