"Everything was great except that the parking was difficult. Tight spots, not enough spots, and I scraped badly trying to get up the ramp. Don't come with a car with low ground clearance or a Van."

"Stayed for a week and we were disappointed with the breakfast, almost thought about going out the last couple of mornings, but didn’t as we wanted to save money to do things with the kids. Right off the bat the waffle maker was broken and they hadn’t replaced it. Good location and quiet at night. Rooms were typical for a hotel, nothing fancy but also nothing to complain about minus the waffle maker not working and basically the same food every morning."

"We had an amazing stay here. We stayed for 4 nights. We visited all of the sites in the area. Room was super cute. A bit small for a family of 4 with 4 big suitcases. Staff are super friendly. We would go in the office often to talk with them. Coffee was available in the office every morning.There are benches outside the rooms. We would sit out for at least an hour every night after dinner. Walkable to downtown and restaurants. We would definitely come back here. Being in this little town made us all want to move to this part of South Dakota."

"Hotel staff were excellent. Place is a little run down, broken ceramic tiles in entries and room, pool ladder was broken and needed repair. On the good side, breakfast was god, and pool and hot tub were well upkept. Well located to all the attractions in Keystone. Overall a great stay."

"Hands down, this was the BEST place we have ever stayed… the location was perfect: in a beautiful woodsy area for peace and serenity yet near attractions from boardwalks to shop and eat to Mount Rushmore and Dinosaur Park, etc. The food was amazing and fairly priced and the staff made our stay exceptional! They were personable, caring, and went out their way to get whatever we needed. Housekeeping were professional, respectful and QUICK!!! Overall, the staff alone was worth the stay!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!"
