"It was a nice place to stay in the lofts with a private entrance away from the activity and nice large bathroom in comfortably sized room with lots of practical storage space. The room
also has good air quality control"
"The Location was SUPER CONVENIENT directly across from Marriott Long wharf on State street. About an 8 min walk to Rowes Wharf at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Checkin was so easy & they use metal door keys. Room are small but bathroom is very large. The closet door has a fixed handle on the door so you just pull it! I spent the first 2 days thinking it was locked so no where to hang my clothes.... I finally pulled on it and the door opened to reveal an iron, ironing board, an extra blanket and hangers. Dumb me 😂. There is NO in room coffee, tea etc. There is small room fridge & a restaurant downstairs that opened for breakfast at 8am but that was too late for us to use with 3 busy days planned. There is a 7-11 Convenience Store right next door so we picked up bottles water and Gatorade there didn't even look to see about coffee or tea. The staff as we walked by the desk was always cheery and willing to help if needed. We stayed in the fifth floor and only noise we heard was another room with kids opening their door from the hallway. We booked on Expedia which saved us money and would not hesitate to stay here again if needed. We walked to the North End to try out 1 of Table Mercato 's HUGE sandwiches and grab a canoli from Mike's Pastry Shop. Bought beer at Hanover St Liquors & one day ate lunch at The Boston Sail Loft to try out their famous lobster roll and also split the Fried clams . SO MANY Great food/drink options close by. I highly Recommend The Harborside Inn!!"
"The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. They were all extremely personable and pleasant, and all went above and beyond to help us out, despite the fact that the weekend we stayed was incredibly busy for them (the tall ships arrived in Boston). When we arrived, we found many roads were closed due to the tall ships event, and our GPS took us to an entrance 2 floors above the hotel lobby. The person at the front desk quickly checked us in early and explained our issue to a valet, who immediately came upstairs with me and took care of our car. It was seamless and we were able to get an early start viewing the parade of ships. The room was lovely, with a view of all the festivities on the harbor, the restaurant was fabulous (try the breakfast buffet) and the small bar was completely accommodating, with staff finding us seats despite the crowd and service that was fast, friendly and efficient (try the espresso martinis). We spent the day touring the ships and my sister-in-law ended up with blisters on her feet. When I went to the lobby to purchase some bandaids for her, the concierge instead quickly gave me a variety of sizes from behind the counter, problem solved. We stayed just one night, but it was absolutely fantastic. If you are attending any event in Boston's seaport area, the Seaport Hotel is where you should stay."
"Gorgeous hotel! First time here, will return!
We're from Vermont, in Boston for cancer treatments... had to extend over the weekend of Boston Sail(!), and am very grateful the hotel had a vacancy! King Waterview... such a pretty room, nice view... wonderful staff... Valets, Reception, Housekeeping, all 10/10! Thank you!"
