“Great high street, lots to do and see”

“Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night .”

“I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

“No good internet rooms are poorly kept no television just and empty room with a bed ”

“Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money...

“This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.”

“Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt ”

“The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.”
