“The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

“Overall we liked the property and our stay. Our room was nicely appointed. We would stay again. Housekeeping was training new staff and there were a few minor hiccups but things were ultimately taken care of. The area is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the property. ”

“Loved being on the beach..waking up to waves every morning is amazing! The room could use some updates but the staff and the fun we had at Ocean Annie's made up for it! Will stay again!!”

“I could hear the dog in the room next to mine barking. I could also hear the people in the other room coughing and sneezing. Rooms are not very sound proof. There is a space between the door frame and the door so I could see out into hallway and hear everyone coming down the hallway.”

“The stay was awesome, and was just what I needed. The only thing that threw me off was someone inserting a pizza place menu through my door despite having the Do Not Disturb hanger on the door.. sounded like someone was trying to break in or something. ”

“I had asked for a room higher up fir the view. They put me on the 2nd floor with the pool right outside my patio and the parking lot and pool pumps on the other side. Loud was an understatement. The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor. We had no kids with us and booked months in advance. Just not sure why we were put on the 2nd floor to begin with. We...
