โThis is a great little gem in Traverse City! It's not a super-fancy, luxury resort, but it is spotless, and the rooms are spotless and adorable. โ
โHighly recommend if you are looking for a no-frills nice and modern hotel that is close to the beach, dining, shopping, and recreation. There's a very nice lounge/gathering area inside with a fireplace. Our only complaint is that the AC system was loud. โ
โNew property, very clean and convenient to walk downtown. Rooms were adequate in size with a loveseat for additional seating. Suggestion is to add a vending machine for extra convenience. โ
โthe room was clean and kept up .. one concern I expressed was the shower SHOULD HAVE 'SAFETY BARS the tile when wet is 'unsafe' and you can easily slip even when you are cautious.. โ
โBasic property, clean but no frills. The hot cold water was reversed. Drew what I thought was cold water to take my meds. Ended up with a mouth full of meds and very hot water to wash them down.

โI am a returning customer and this is a very nice hotel. Clean and smells good. Comfortable bedding and big shower. Nice out door seating areas and great view of the bay. โ
โThe room was wonderful. Whirl pool tub was clean and very relaxing. Forgot our charger and front desk was not very nice on helping use. We know people forget them and have spares for people to use. Hubby works out of town and stays in same hotels. Will be traveling again next year for our anniversary and will stay in same hotel.โ
โWe needed an early check-in and the owners went out of their way to make it happen. Even going so far as to call my cell phone when the room was ready rather than us just hanging out in our car. Wonderful service!โ
